From 2003 to 2010 she obtained different collaboration grants conferred by Institute of Crystallography-CNR. During her formation and postdoctoral work experience she increased her expertise in the: chemistry of nucleic acids (design, synthesis and characterization),  synthesis of the modified phosphoramidites and their use in automatic synthesis, study of the structure-function relationships in proteins and nucleic acids, in their complexes between them and with small molecules. From 2011 she is permanent researcher atISOF-CNR. At the present she is active in the design and synthesis of bioactive molecules for the study of oxidative DNA damage, enzymatic repair system and biomarkers discovery.
